CompaHealth Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

CompaHealth ("CompaHealth," "we," "us," or "our") is building Compa, an AI healthcare action agent that helps people coordinate care for themselves and their loved ones. Compa is not yet available to the public. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or join our early access waitlist, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies only to our website and waitlist. It does not cover the Compa service itself. Before anyone outside our team uses Compa, we will publish an updated policy that covers it.

By using our website or joining our waitlist, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information directly from you:

• Email address — collected when you join our waitlist, so we can contact you about early access.
• Messages you send us — if you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our website:

• Usage and device information — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. We collect this through website analytics and through the services that host and deliver our website. We use it to understand traffic to our website.

CompaHealth is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, and our website and waitlist are not governed by HIPAA. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle health-related information under state law.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Manage the waitlist and contact you about early access, including invitations to try Compa;
• Communicate with you about CompaHealth, including updates about our product as it develops;
• Contact you by email to learn more about your experiences managing healthcare, including follow-up conversations;
• Respond to messages you send us;
• Understand how visitors find and use our website; and
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We may share personal information with service providers that assist us in running our website and waitlist. This may include, but is not limited to, providers of website hosting, content delivery, security, website analytics, email delivery and contact management, customer support, IT support, and related services. These providers process information on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of CompaHealth or others.

5. Data Retention

We currently retain waitlist contact information (email address) indefinitely. We may update this practice as CompaHealth's product and data practices mature, at which point this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

• Opt out of future communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails, replying to any email we send you, or contacting us directly (see Section 11).
• Request deletion of your information by contacting us at the email address below. We will honor reasonable deletion requests to the extent feasible.
• Ask what information we have about you by contacting us directly.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or local privacy laws. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you live in Washington or Nevada, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes additional rights.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect your experience on our site.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and waitlist are not directed at, and are not knowingly used to collect information from, individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security or privacy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as CompaHealth's product, data practices, or legal obligations evolve. We will update the "Effective Date" above when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated to you where appropriate.
